My work draws on a range of therapeutic perspectives to meet you as a unique individual

Integrative, Depth-Oriented & Transpersonal
I draw from an integrative palette of depth psychology, relational modalities, Jungian and archetypal psychology. Rather than adhere rigidly to one “model” I aspire to respond to you as a whole being—the light and the shadow—your mind, body, heart and spirit.
Relational & Embodied
Therapy is not something done to you but a co-created process. The quality of our therapeutic relationship matters profoundly. I attend to not only what you say, but how you feel in your body, your patterns of relating, your felt sense of safety, presence, and belonging.
Soul-Centered, Symbolic & Creative
We may invite dreams, myths, imagination, images, movement, or expressive arts as pathways into deeper insight and transformation. Sometimes words are not enough, and the symbolic, poetic, and imaginal realms offer access to what is beyond narrative.
Trauma-Informed, Non-Pathologising, Ethical
I hold awareness of trauma dynamics, attachment and systemic influences (culture, power, marginalisation). I believe in working in a humble, curious, non-judgmental way, attuned to your resilience and vulnerabilities, not reducing you to “a diagnosis.”

Who I Work With & Issues
You might consider coming into therapy if you are:
Feeling stuck, lost, or restless — something wants to shift
Struggling with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or burnout
Feeling weighed down by shame, guilt or past events
Experiencing existential, spiritual or identity crises
Struggling to move beyond anger or betrayal
Carrying relational wounds, attachment ruptures or trauma
Feeling disconnected, alienated or like you don’t belong
Wrestling with grief, transitions, loss, ageing or illness
Suffering from eco anxiety
Seeking meaning, purpose, or soul-depth in your life
Wishing for deeper self-understanding, self-acceptance, or inner integration
I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds. I affirm diversity of gender, sexuality, culture, neurotype, faith (or non-faith), and life paths.

What to Expect
Initial Consultation
We begin with a first meeting (lasting 50 minutes) to explore what brings you here, your hopes and concerns, and whether we’d like to work together. This is an opportunity for you to see what it might feel like to be in relationship with me and for me to understand a little about you and your world.
Session Frequency & Duration
Therapy typically meets weekly, for 50 minutes. The duration of therapy is unique to each person— sometimes I work with people for a few months of focused work, sometimes long-term.
Confidentiality & Ethics
Your trust matters. Everything we explore is held in confidence (within the bounds of safety, ethical and legal mandates). I am guided by the professional code of ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I engage in supervision to maintain clarity, boundaries, and integrity.
Commitment & Courage
Therapy asks you to lean into difficulty, to feel what you may have avoided, and to face parts of yourself that hurt or long. Growth is rarely linear—and sometimes more “felt” than “seen” at first. Whilst I don’t believe in wasting time, it’s important that we move at a pace that holds you and remains responsive to your needs.
