On movement and momentum (and feeling lost or stuck)…

If you don’t know where you are (if you are lost) it can be hard to know in which direction to go.

If you don’t like where you are now then pretending you are somewhere else isn’t going to change anything (unless it helps you to develop direction).

If you don’t pay attention to where you want to go then sometimes you will end up in a place that you don’t want to be.

You can change where you are now simply by taking the first step in any direction.

If you are stuck then you may need some help to get yourself out the the sticky situation you find yourself in.

If your way is blocked then a different perspective may help you to get around, over, under, through the obstacle or another path may become clear.

Sometimes you need tools to help you take the necessary steps.

If you have a fear of heights then sit down.

If you find yourself in a depression then you may need to climb out before you can move forward.

There are no maps but you will find guides. Pay attention that your guide had really listened to where you want to go.

If you can’t see what’s right then have a look at what’s left.

It’s not a race. There are no prizes for getting there quickly.

Sometimes backing up a little can be helpful.

If you find yourself surrounded by darkness you may have to lighten up before you can see the way.

But most of all. Try something.
